Description

This villa was designed with the aim of resolving key issues of the previous scheme, most importantly the lack of a direct connection between the living spaces and the courtyard, as well as the absence of meaningful views.

The ground floor is dedicated to social areas, allowing maximum interaction with the courtyard and creating the sensation that the landscape extends into the heart of the building.

A brick envelope wraps the upper two floors, giving the villa an iconic and distinctive presence. Designed as a semi-permeable layer, it allows outward views from the interior while controlling daylight and visual privacy from neighboring properties.

The inner faces of the bricks are finished in turquoise, creating a unique interior atmosphere where light passes softly through the gaps, evoking the feeling of looking up at the sky through the brick lattice.

The project is organized along three spatial axes—X, Y, and Z. The brick envelope is divided into four segments, whose openings converge at the roof, reinforcing the clarity and unity of the overall form.
