The “Roshna Project” is a residential villa located within the local fabric of
Aabsard city. The site’s positioning posed challenges in terms of inadequate
visibility from all directions. Additionally, the narrow width and extended
length of the land raised concerns regarding daylighting. Consequently, two
fundamental issues were addressed at the outset of the design process: the
implementation of a central lightwell to address visibility issues and the
placement of lightwells at the center of the site. Evergreen trees were also
integrated into these lightwells. Subsequently, spaces were arranged
around them, with a particular focus on areas of greater significance. The
result was panoramic views encompassing the sky, ground, water, and
greenery. Fresh air and natural light were introduced into both private and
public building areas, achieving the expected quality.
