Description

A Sprout in the Heart of the Foundation

In this villa renovation project, set in the heart of nature, we embraced the past instead of replacing it. The goal was not to start over, but to let the spirit of the old home live on—allowing new architecture to grow naturally from its history. Like a sprout pushing through the soil, new spaces rise from the villa’s original foundation, weaving through the garden, crossing boundaries, and unfolding into the surrounding landscape.

Our design philosophy was rooted in the belief that architecture is not just a static object, but a living process. Just as plants grow and adapt, the building extends beyond its original walls—introducing green terraces, a suspended swimming pool, and communal areas that invite people to live closer to nature.

By blending natural stone from the original villa with modern materials and clean lines, we created a dialogue between past and present, tradition and innovation. The simple architectural form is enriched with layers of functional spaces, visual depth, and sensory experiences, enhancing the feeling of truly living in nature.

Rooftop spaces were designed as active, usable landscapes—places to gather, relax, and enjoy views of the greenery from above.

This project is more than a renovation—it is a re-creation. It is a story of growth, transformation, and harmony with the environment, a modern home that respects its roots while embracing the future.
